GOLD LAYERED WARRANTY

 

For a period of 90 days

 

Covering:

 

Manufacturing defects: in cases where the customer receives the products and they are found to be defective due to situations such as: imperfections in welding points, clasps with malfunctioning mechanisms, detachment in the jewelry fabric, rusted or discolored parts where poor gold laminate adhesion is present.

 

The customer is responsible for checking the conditions of the items once they are in their possession; for this reason, they have 10 business days to notify and request a warranty for manufacturing defects.

 

Quality: Due to the garment's own conditions and not due to physical damage caused by the customer or a third party, discoloration and falling of the gold foil that covers the jewelry may occur, exposing its interior. Clasps and terminals are excluded from this.

 

Warranty exclusions:

 

Wear or deformation of the fabric due to use and pressure.

Deterioration of the gold foil due to exposure to acids or strong chemicals.

Detachment of the fabric or components of the jewelry due to force, including involuntary cases.

Degradation of the gold foil due to improper use, accumulation of dirt and moisture due to lack of hygiene and care, and overexposure to extreme or corrosive environmental conditions.

Use of chemicals or polishing creams not suitable for laminate on garments.

 

GUARANTEED SATISFACTION:

 

The customer has the right to request a refund if they are not satisfied with the product upon arrival. They have 90 business days to report their request for a refund. To do this, the customer must return the item to PERSA LLC within no more than 10 business days. The customer must cover the shipping costs without the possibility of claiming for these costs or any additional costs incurred to return the item. To comply with the refund conditions, the item must not show signs of use.

 

SHIPPING COSTS FOR CHANGES AND WARRANTY

 

The customer must cover the shipping costs from their place of residence to the address we indicate. However, for the return to the customer, PERSA LLC will cover the shipping costs for up to one (1) event or change as long as it is within the USA national territory. Any additional transportation costs must be assumed by the customer.

 

CHANGES

 

The customer has the right to request changes in size or item, depending on the availability of PERSA LLC This must be requested within 90 business days after receiving the item. If the customer wishes to change to a higher-priced item, they must pay the difference. If the item is of lesser value, they will receive compensation in the form of a voucher or credit to be spent on other items with a validity of 1 year from the moment the change is made.

 

SIZING MARGIN OF ERROR

 

The sizes in centimeters or millimeters displayed on our sales channels or customer service media are approximations. Therefore, possible variations of plus or minus 0.7 centimeters to the measurements should be taken into account.

 

SIZES

 

If not specified, or if no clarification, request, or response is received from the customer, the following sizes will be sent:

For couple's bracelets, one 18 cm and the second 16 cm; if there is no 16 cm size in the reference, two 18 cm sizes will be sent.

For men's bracelets, a size 18 cm will be sent; if there is no 18 cm size in the reference, a size 20 cm will be sent.

For women's bracelets, a size 16 cm will be sent; if there is no 16 cm size in the reference, a size 18 cm will be sent.

For men's chains length of 60 cm will be sent; if there is no 60 cm length in the reference, a length of 50 cm will be sent.

For women's chains, a length of 45 cm will be sent; if there is no 45 cm length in the reference, a length of 50 cm will be sent.

 

JEWELRY PARTS

 

Each piece sold in a set or combo is considered a separate piece of jewelry. In the case of a refund or exchange, and only one of these pieces requires a warranty, only the failing piece will be addressed. For example, if only the clasp of a chain is faulty, only the clasp will be replaced, not the entire chain. Similarly, the pendant, chain, earrings, and other accessories sold separately or together are considered separate pieces. The same applies to couple's bracelets, which are each considered separate from the other. If only one of them fails, a refund will be given for only that piece, not for the set.

 

LIFETIME WARRANTY REFERENCE

 

In the case of silver jewelry with a lifetime warranty, it refers to the material and its physicochemical properties of 925 silver, such as the genuineness of the material. The customer may claim if the material exhibits a reaction not typical of silver, indicating that the item is not made of the genuine material.

 

This excludes warranty for detachment of fabric or mechanism of the items, as well as inherent reactions of silver that modify its color, texture, or flexibility, such as turning black due to prolonged exposure to environmental sulfur, among others.

 

SHIPPING INFORMATION ERRORS

 

We are not responsible for customer errors regarding their shipping information, and if the item is returned or lost due to this reason.

 

If the error is on our part, we will assume the additional shipping costs.

 

PERSONALIZATION

 

No changes, returns, or refunds are allowed for personalized items such as engraved rings.

 

PIECE CONTENT

 

Jewelry may be made using metals such as gold, copper, tin, zinc, silver, aluminum, iron, steel, phosphorus, manganese, silicon, rhodium, and chromium, as well as traces of regulated metals such as nickel, cadmium, and lead. A piece of jewelry is considered hypoallergenic or nickel-free when its contents are:

 

Nickel: released at a rate of less than 0.5 micrograms per cubic centimeter per week

Lead: equal to or less than 0.05% of its weight

Cadmium: equal to or less than 0.01% of its weight

 

If the customer is hypersensitive to any of the latter mentioned metals, please refrain from wearing the items. We are not responsible for any adverse reactions developed due to prolonged contact or use of the items.
